I'm pretty sure it does not affect it, but I'll check later. Also, I'm using the Faithful Texture pack that I got from the Marketplace.
I included a screenshot of the issue.
Same, but for me on xbox, it is random when it happens.
It turns out that the texture pack has no effect on the issue whatsoever.
