I'm also having the same problem, in a PS5 with the digital version. Now I'm unable to play my Legacy worlds. 😞
What OcelotOnesie said worked, so you can mark this as Resolved instead of Incomplete, I just forgot to answer at the time.
I had a world I worked for 3 years and many, many more important worlds, and since this update... they are all gone! This happened in 2020 and makes me feel sad to this day. 😞
For some reason, I made the achievement again and it worked (the progress bar doesn't really change).
