The ambient is supposed to have your system info, and if you missclick and punch a villager, baby villager or the golem, he'll kill you, and this is not such problem to be reported as a bug.
Can you add your system info? like, CPU, GPU, RAM, etc?
Fithmeerkat397, he might have that bug that doesn't let you use 16.5, and there were no bug fixes but those 2 networking ones fixed, soooo

Maybe it's a case where xbox live's, PSN's, Nintendo switch online's or minecraft's achievements are incorectly worded or missunderstood by the respetive achievement system writers.
I never got this achievement, buuut, seems like an misunderstanding of yours, or a bad wording of theirs.
Also check if your little brother/cousin/sister didn't activate cheats. (or even yourself)

well, it shall not be reported here, and you can try buying it from an... idk, normal english (en-us) website (with an international card) and get it working alrihgt? i mean, we kinda have to do that in Brazil, where the website takes us to the pt-pt version instead of pt-br and pt-br's buying screen doesn't exist either
