I'm not really sure how this works or if I should comment or just leave this report here. I think this bug report is invalid. This is really a report about players not burning unless they are in the fire for long enough, but I misunderstood what was happening. I believe that it has been confirmed that it is not a bug, and I think that this report should be marked as invalid.
