Yes, the villager is part of a village that was generated before 1.16, but I had traded with all the other villagers and they don’t seem to have the same issue.
This is for MINECRAFT PC EDITION ONLY! Please post pocket-edition stuff in the correct section.
I also had this problem where I had a village that I previously loaded in 1.14.60. However I didn’t trade with any of the villagers until 1.16. Most of the villagers are librarians and their trading works phenomenally. But, I made one of the villagers a farmer, then I purposely made him a zombie villager then cured him, and he is the only villager in the village that has reverted back to the pre-1.16 lockout numbers.
