This is a current bug with microsoft accounts. Log out and use a mojang account.

Yeah, have this issue too. The way I fix it is by not moving my mouse at all whilst the game is loading.

Nope, this still makes sense. Once you click the respawn anchor, any logs of your bed being the spawn are deleted.
We need more context. What device? What version of the game (1.15, 1.16, etc.)? Are you logged in on a Microsoft account?
