Exactly the same, villagers gone without a trace, were protected and well inside a big fortified village. Just dissapeared. It makes the village update completely pointless because why invest in villagers that will despawn eventually... I bought so many crappy items just to lvl them up to get op things and then they just gone ... I hope mojang has this as a top priority to fix
