From the main menu, select Profile, then select a character slot and click Create (or Edit) Character. The second tab contains your Owned skins, included skins you imported from a file and skin packs purchased from the Marketplace.
Does this resolve your problem?
NO, I've done that, only 3 of my skin packs are there, the others aren't

@DrownedZombie how do explain it moving well sitting, not eating the fish I try to give it and why all my cats are gone? Don't believe me look at my game clips!
When I load a new world & the spawn is in water, I spawn in dead or about to die from drowning. It's like even though I'm still loading up the world the game has already placed me. This has happened multiple times.
