Also happens if falling sand is summoned with execute on an entity and seems to take the texture of the first entity an /execute has been run on since server/world restart.

I did search for ‘leafes’ as well as ‘leaves’ but only found something lighting related. Maybe I accidentally searched in the wrong minecraft version...
