Go to the Microsoft Store and Find Minecraft then it will update... you might now have auto-update on which you need (Windows 10)
You have to say even though it's not a bug that's some nice attention to detail...
Make sure TNT Explodes is on in the menu, or do /gamerule tntexplodes true
