you can just do
testfor @p[hasitem={location=slot.hotbar,slot=0,item=log,quantity=0}]
similar problem with the sub command positioned its very annoying this only happens in realms
they need to fix this bug asap this only happens in realms
Ive had this but it usually is fixed when you restart your game.
