@violine1101 this does not seem to be the same issue as it affects versions of game which used to work on the same drivers, morover there are no driver updates available.
I have 128GB on my iPad and just 28GB are used so I know that’s not the problem either.
Also have this issue on iOS. Found a warped forest, and there are more Endermen than in the end! I can’t enjoy the beautiful new atmosphere because everywhere I look there’s endermen... also they teleport into nearby lava lakes, take damage, teleport again, possibly again into lava... it makes a lot of noise! attached some screenshots
the same thing is happening to me, i was playing on the lifeboat server yesterday, and it crashed/froze. i simply tried to reload it i got on the server again and it crashed/froze. i left it for about an hour and it kept crashing/freezing i commented about this on the appstore. i asked my friend for help, nothing they said worked. im not trying to harp on mojang they just need to fix this asap.
i play on a iPad with the update 1.14.

I have the same issue except I have and Xbox One and it works on the Xbox One but after playing a few minutes on my Windows 10 PC it disconnects in multiplayer.
I put it as future update because there wasn't an option to put version 1.21.13 only 1.21.11
