The same is happening to me. I didn't have knowledge about this bug, so when I was organizing one of my chests I pressed triangle (PS4) to move it instantly to my inventory.. It just disappeared with the bees inside 😞. I was about to make a honey farm. I can't take other nests and hives out of the chest either.
