Can't replicate with buttons or Redstone wire.

I don't think this is MCPE-22063 as the door is shut and the pressure plate is deactivated but the texture hasn't updated.

Seems to work correctly in Windows 10 Edition.

Found A Better Method

You Will Need:
A Peace of armor with a increased health attribute
A Pool Of Lava
You Will Also need the saturation effect

Step one: Put on the armor
Step two: Walk Into The Lava
Step three: Take Off The Armor

The Death Menu Should Appear

You Will Now Be In A Glitched Health State

Re-Logging Will Fix This

The Seed Is 1280411122 And The Coordinates are -180 70 610
