I think this is a bug because look at this screenshot how is this even possible the Redstone block isn't even there anymore yet the bottom piston is still powered by literally nothing at all.

Mobs randomly spin on my snapshot server on 20w20b.
This was introduced either 20w13a or 20w14a it's one of the two.

I still have this issue on 1.14.4 it’s most noticeable when you have the effect glowing and trying to run double tapping the W key
