I am currently having the same issue. These clouds are all over my floor and they haven't gone away in the past 3 hours.
That one has been listed for older versions, was listed as Resolved, then Reopened, and has not had an update since October last year. I felt it was appropriate to report it once again, as it could be a new strain of the bug.
