Btw sheep also take time to fall if I hit them...
This seems to be the cause why I am getting such huge lag on a Nether fortress in survival. Game becomes unplayable.
This happens to me FREQUENTLY with v1.04 on a Xperia E3 / Android 4.4.
Has been like this for a while now.
When it happens, the only solution is to fully restart the game. Just saving and reloading wont do, or switching to another app (eg browser).
I too want this fixed.
If caret is not supported it should throw error.
Using command blocks for assisting big builds and this glitch does not help.
