Yes, clouds are on, but as shown in the first screenshot the clouds stop rendering a certain distance.
if I stop moving the render of the coulda update, or if the clouds reach render distance then they render again.
Clouds as you can see are enabled
just uploaded the settings
Im having this same very issue, loads in 1.18 with fonts and in 1.19 fails to load anything.
