Anthony Cicinelli, it doesnt. in older versions, you could disable it, and i didnt see any snapshot bugfixes / features about this.
And tryashtar, how can i fix it? the post doesnt say anything about it.

I deleted the folder with all my resource packs to test the Mangopack that i changed to .zip file extension. It still didn't refresh, and it didn't show the resource pack.
