The music resource pack has been updated. Download the pack in the marketplace.
But in Java, you can craft chain blocks. Using 1 iron inggot and 2 iron nuggets
The vanilla music folder won't show up in the global resources on the settings. The folder can be found in Device Storage/games/com.mojang/resource_packs in your files
