the sensitivity bugs has been fixed in 1.6 and the head snaps has been fixed in 1.9 but the randomly stopping movement is different from these bugs.
Sometimes when u quickly switch to the 2nd slot (while youre still clicking of course) it switches back to the 1st. Also you can try hitting entities really fast and quickly switch to a slot that has an executable item like splash potion and right click it quickly it doesnt work (do this while your left clicking the whole time and hitting entity really fast)
