I hope you're doing well. I wanted to tell you that I've fixed the problem!
It turned out to be pretty simple in the end. All I did was:
Uninstall the Minecraft launcher (important: without deleting the .minecraft folder or anything).
.minecraft
Go to "Installed apps" in the Windows Settings.
Reset every Xbox application (like the Xbox app, Xbox Game Bar, etc.) one by one.
And restart the PC.
And that was it! I hope this information can help you if you run into the same error.
I have almost the same problem, but with the "internet connection" error. Don't worry, it seems to be a widespread issue. Hopefully, they resolve it soon.
