No problem. What matters is that the bug will be fixed at one point.
Uhm, what? it did react to redstone in 22w13a, no changelog says it was removed.
Sadly no, I was unable to reproduce it even in OptiFine. The logs didn't show any error message at all other than the ones in the report.
I recommend the title to be renamed for "Horse related textures outdated".
It would make it easier for people to find this problem and most likely helpers to identify which other tickets are duplicates.
Bug additions
The bug is only visual, you can still only edit one box a time.
Bug only appears when using mouse clicks, not while using (Shift)+Tab.
Bug only appears if Server Adress is selected first, not the other way.
