Could you please check that your graphics card drivers are up to date?

If you are still experiencing the issue, could you please include details about your system (RAM, CPU, GPU spec).
If you like you can run dxdiag and copy the relevant information from there. (Win+R → dxdiag) - be sure to remove any personal information, just the PC specs would be useful.
