Sometimes when I break one block, there is about a 1 in 20 chance that the block behind it, above it, or below it (depends on the way you are facing it from) will also break. To help you understand it better, it can also happen if you are trying to break the sky or a block too far away. The air swooshing sound affect will have a 1 in 20 chance of playing twice.
This is by far the most annoying bug I have ever encountered since I started playing in 2015. Please fix this as soon as you can. Thanks 🙂

What kind of blocks are you trying to break, what tool are you using, and what enchantments does it have? Some blocks break nearly instantly with Efficiency V and so it is easy (and usually desirable) to break several almost at once.
I usually have this problem when my wireless mouse's battery is weak, or when my wired mouse is old and its switch gets worn. Have you Tried swapping in another mouse?
