Enchantment Table is not in the crafting table screen even though I have enough items to craft it

Works As Intended. In Pocket Edition, the enchantment table is crafting on the stonecutter.
I recommend checking the Minecraft Wiki prior to reporting an issue on this bugtracker, as what seems to be a bug to you may actually be intended.
