Farms utilising villagers stop, replacing beds workstations does not correct it I'm assuming this behavior leads to the despawn of the villagers I've seen been coming accross, its getting to the point I'm losing interest, it can take hours to reset the farms properly. Its becoming impossible to play the game and build anything meaningful in survival, If this is distance to player then it's just broke one of the key concepts of the game, Effectively rendering exploring the world pointless as everything you build to survive breaks. If this is truly a sandbox game winding in the usefulness of any farm makes the game redundant. It's removing the challenge of building and creating while surviving a world and building at the moment it's one or the other (CREATIVE of SURVIVAL). Even houses are being blown to bits by creepers hidden by glass they have spawned inside or right outside a wall with a door open to 100% sun  Â
