Steps to reproduce:
Put fences around a fire with a block under it.
Break the block under the fire.
THE FIRE IS STILL THERE...
Expected Results:
Breaking the block under the fire the fire will disappear.
Observed Results:
Breaking the block under the fire will disappear.
