While eating Dried Kelp, and entering the nether using the nether portal you’ll get teleported to a far away land.

Steps to reproduce:
Eat Dried Kelp.
Go in the nether keep eating it.
Boom no portal in a far away place.
Expected Results:
You’ll not be in the far away land, you’re safe.
Observed Results:
It’s just teleporting you to a far away land(1k+), with no portal.

Tried in 1.16, managed to reproduce it, forgot how sadly. But this bug is still there. Quite an exploit this is.
