Yes it seems to happen in every new update still .There are no steps to reproduce because all i do is click the game.
It gets me stuck on the red mojang screen for about an hour.
If it passes the red mojang screen then it will get stuck on the actual screen for an hour. Overall it will not load, and its not me because my mates have ran into the same problem.

I'm having the same issue on a standard ps4. It will just hang on the mojang studios logo. Please resolve this soon.
