Minecraft Bedrock v1.16.20.50 Beta has this issue. I have a seed created in v1.14. The /locate bastionremenantΒ  returns x=360 z=72. No bastion appears in that location. I used the /Fill command replacing the netherrack with air. The area in the OW and Nether has never been explored.Β
