Using the End Portal, digging under the end portal 2 blocks, trying to center wither under center column, replacing floor with obsidian.. spawning Wither in this space should stick foot of wither under center of Portal Column when spawning in, (wither shifts 1 block out from spawn location spot.. then with wither head stuck inside Bedrock, Wither takes no suffocation damage.
Expected result, with foot of Wither being summoned in is exactly under End Portal Column, the wither should spawn with center head directly in the center column of the Portal Bedrock blocks, wither should immediately, after summoning in, should start taking suffocation damage, skulls should detonate immediately upon shooting in the Bedrock.
This breaks Wither Rose Farms and Wither Star Farms.

I believe that the Wither being able to spawn inside bedrock is considered a bug on Java Edition, so while some bugs have been made into features (quasi-connectivity, zero tick sticky pistons) I don't see that happening here considering how overpowered it is.

I get it may be a bug, but it doesn't change the fact the Wither does not suffocate when in a block, which would include sand or gravel that trap the wither inside.
I'm also pointing out how the wither does not spawn in place intended, and pointing out the wither not moving or breaking blocks in order to move if trapped.
But the method of suffocation on the Wither is on JAVA Edition, as a Wither Rose/Nether Star farm showcased by Avomance, where on latest update of Bedrock, the Wither does not spawn in location correctly and does not take suffocation damage as per Java Edition v 1.15 updates (and several 1.16 updates). I'm looking for parity in editions and believe there should be a mechanic to safely farm Wither bosses without total world destruction. Under the Nether Portal, the Wither can destroy the nether blocks and Obsidian, but not the Portal, making an ideal place to create a Wither Rose farm and Nether Star Farm, given the Dragon is defeated, as such it is a late game farm which requires several resources to repair after each use as well as transporting livestock to the End.
