[MCPE-78867] Global Resource Packs can't be used in Multiplayer anymore.

When I played in servers and in my friend's world I used to sometimes use the fallout mash-up pack by loading it as the global resource pack and then entering the server, and it worked properly, but now when I enter a server the resource pack unloads, and only the default textures can be used.

It was a problem with the other player I joined, he had an already active resource pack in his world, that's why I wasn't able to load the pack back then.
