[MCPE-74876] Loyalty Tridents slow down when in Soul Sand when returning to the player

When tridents enchanted with Loyalty is returning to the player when in sou sand slows the trident down

I cannot reproduce this in 1.16.40. Can you reproduce in 1.16.40?
