Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

How persistent is this problem? Does it come and go/get better and worse? When did it first start happening? Do you notice glitches in other internet apps such as when watching streaming video? Are other devices on your LAN having issues with the internet?
If the problem comes and goes, it's probably not being caused by a bug. You might be having interference on your wi-fi channels, loose connections in your cabling, misconfiguration of your router, or any of a host of other problems.
