When I try to breed villagers it doesn't work but if I do the same model of farm it works thay each have a working table a bed ther is extra beds and tables thay have a bell but when I throw the carrots potatoes or breed that don't take it I have spent hours throwing carrots. PS idk is it is because I use experimental and education settings for all my world's

Do you have mob griefing turned off? If mob griefing is off villagers cannot pick up food.
