Whenever you try to log into any online servers you get stuck on the "loading resources" section and it never loads. I've been wanting to get on for the past 3 days and to no avail, I can't.

"Online server" has a broad range of meanings. What kind of server are you trying to join? Have you tried turning off Wi-Fi? That's a common problem people have, I think especially with iOS.
Incidentally, you've indicated that you're using an iOS device with a Beta release. Since iOS isn't eligible to join the Beta program, at least one of those facts is false. If you want help with a problem, taking the time to provide accurate information is a good idea.
