[MCPE-59827] Character Creator does not work (Read Desc. Mods)

I have looked on the website and Mods have said that the Character Creator is "fixed"... , none of my custom skins save, and if I try to its just Alex or Steve, i also do not have access to any of my purchased skins or capes. Fix it and don't make it a Duplicate post.

As this may be an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly.

Please make sure that comments are related to reported bug and written respectfully towards other players and development team. Offtopic, arguments and insults will be removed and author will be banned.
