[MCPE-59110] My items disappeared from my inventory when I joined back into my friends server we think the game thought I died and I dropped my stuff but I left before I died

So I was playing with my friend and a zombie came up behind me and I had low hearts and I panicked so I left and then when I joined back the next day I spawned at my bed and had nothing in my inventory
