Suspicious stew provides the wrong effect durations

Upon feeding a Brown Mooshrooms a flower and milking it with a bowl, suspicious stew with a certain potion effect and duration would be produced, corresponding to the type of flower used. However, the potion effect durations of suspicious stews are shortened by 1 second in the bedrock edition. For example, allium which would give 4 seconds of Fire Resistance would only give 3 (displayed as 2 in the effect screen).
