[MCPE-51772] Daylight will wrong calculated when broke blocks.

If the block break, sunlight will not be calculated correctly on under block.
This is proven when the undead are under the blocks. see attached movie.

Cannot reproduce this in 1.13.0 release. There were some bugs with block light level calculation in the later Beta releases that might have caused this issue. They got fixed before the 1.13 release.
