Game crashes when wifi is on

The game won’t even loading. Progress bar doesn’t move at all.

Also, when I try to open achievements, the setting screen, and marketplace, the game crashes.

I tried to reinstall the game, and logout from the Microsoft account, but it doesn’t work.

However, when I turn off switch’s wifi, I mean using airplane mode, the game works without any problems.

I think this is not my wifi’s problem because I can play Minecraft on other platforms.

This problem began after watching the skins on the marketplace for about 30minutes to 1 hour.
