If your player is standing in one block deep water, there will be alight source around the player in 3rd person front. How to Reproduce and image below.
HOW TO REPRODUCE:
Go to a swamp.
Find one block deep water.
Stand in the water
Go into 3rd person front and around the player should be light on the blocks below the player.
