1) Pillagers participating in raids have a ~0% chance of dropping their crossbows.
2) Vindicators participating in raids sometimes drop an enchanted axe even though they are holding an unenchanted one and vice versa.
3) Pillagers that spawn in an outpost have an extremely low chance of dropping their crossbows, and the chance does not seem to increase with looting.
Comments 4
The probability of the equipment drop being enchanted never depends on whether it was enchanted in the first place or not, it is a fixed percentage for any equipment drop, like the Vindicators' axes.

Raids on Java and Bedrock are very different. On Java you get loot by succesfully defending a village and villagers will throw you items. On Bedrock the loot is different as the loot you get is from the raiders. The loot on Bedrock is very random, for example, pillagers drop enchanted iron swords.
