Falling on bounce-like blocks keeps vertical momentum

This is a repost of MC-148154 for Bedrock Minecraft.

The bug

Jumping or falling onto a bed or slime block maintains the player's vertical momentum while in an area two blocks high.

The (original) video was just a method of showing the bug for two different bug reports (One for each game). I wasn't attempting to request a feature for both games, but just display the issues more easily through youtube.

Reopened per comment and https://www.reddit.com/r/Mojira/comments/c9l03u/request_to_reopen_mcpe44534/; this doesn't seem like a parity issue to me and is describing that the same behavior occurs in both editions.

This is more of a feature request or a suggestion than a bug with the game.

We're very keen to hear your ideas though, so please head over to the Minecraft Feedback Site where you can search and vote for existing topics, or add a new thread if necessary.
