Doors disappear when you sleep at the bed that is far enough from the doors

I beleve this might be happining to me but on 1.14.30 on windows 10 edition im unsure tho (the doors stay gone aswell)

I am also seeing this issue. My bed is about 40 blocks from the wooden doors in question, and I have replaced the doors multiple times now. I have a stable that had about 12 doors in place and I keep coming outside my base and seeing all of the horses and Llamas roaming around and 5 doors missing.
