Baby animals will normally do a silly thing when you have wheat in your hand and they're by their parent. When you're trying to lure them away they go for the player then back to the Mom and it looks funny. Now in the last couple betas baby sheep will willing leave their parent and not care. This is with every baby mob.

Baby mobs will leave their parent if player has wheat in hand. Theyre suppose to do a silly dance like going to their momma and then the player. Go on java and put wheat in your hand and lure a baby sheep or cow away from the mom you'll see what I mean. They have done this for years now on bedrock they dont anymore? Or havent in a while.
