Nether portals always teleport you to last made portal not by coordinate.
I mean we have two portals A and B. A made first and B second. If you go to nether by portal A and back into overworld , you will exit from portal B. If you break portal B , it will make it after backing from nether.

Can you please add a copy of the world where this is happening, or at the very least provide the coordinates of each of the nether portals so we can see if they are aligning as they should or not?

I've uploaded it . There are some broken portals around world. Active one of them and go in. Next above another portal in nether (with distance from first portal) and enter it you will exit from first portal in overworld

OK. But I still have this issus , and I have saved my world in this version and I cant open it in previous version. So do your best to fix this in next version , PLEASE.
@unknown Yep, that's exactly what the site does that I linked above, it makes it even easier to work out though 🙂
@unknown The issue is that the portals need to be aligned, so you need to calculate where to build them so they work as you want them to. The links I gave above will help you find the information you need.
