In short, I bought a copy of Minecraft for windows 10 and everything was fine. I stopped playing for a while and today I started again with the surprise that no sound is heard. I've tried all the possible solutions you can find online, but nothing has worked for now.
I'm pretty frustrated so I ask for help
(I know there are other open incidences with this problem, many unresolved or unanswered, so please, do not ignore this or close it saying that someone have already asked. I really need help.)

I vaguely remember this happening to me after a Windows update and I don't remember exactly how I fixed it. If this is still happening and you haven't rebooted your PC, I would suggest trying that first. If that doesn't work, make sure you have backups of your worlds (export them), then uninstall and reinstall the game.
