[Fixed in 1.2.20] Walking animation while swimming

What's Happening:
When swimming at the bottom of the water, the screen moves as if you were walking. In 3rd person though, you can see yourself swimming.

What's Expected:
The screen should not move as if you were walking but should stay still.
